Since 1974, Equality Health Center (EHC) has proudly served the greater Concord, NH area as an independent, non-profit healthcare provider. For decades, we’ve been committed to empowering our clients and community by offering quality sexual, reproductive, behavioral, and LGBTQIA+ healthcare.
What truly sets us apart is the respect, care, and compassion our patients experience every time they walk through our doors. We pride ourselves on offering not just medical care, but the kind of human connection that makes people feel seen, heard, and valued, without judgment.
Unfortunately, due to the current hostile political climate, EHC has lost over $450,000 in funding—putting many of our vital services at risk. These services include, but are not limited to, gender-affirming hormone therapy, abortion care, HIV prevention (PrEP), contraception, STI testing and treatment, pap/HPV tests, breast checks, miscarriage management, and pregnancy options counseling.
